About the Role
The position is for a Scaffold E&D Carpenter who will assist in stacking, counting, and preparing scaffolding materials for shipment, as well as support the Lead Carpenter or Foreman. The role also involves acting as a mentor and coach to E/D Helpers 1 and 2. • Leverage current skills in a challenging role • Assist in stacking, counting, and preparing scaffolding materials for shipment • Mentor and coach E/D Helpers to support their development • Perform scaffold erection and dismantling safely under foreman's supervision

What You Bring
Candidates should have at least one year of experience as a Scaffold E/D Helper or equivalent, with trade school education preferred but not required. Ability to work safely at considerable heights, bilingual ability a plus, and physical capacity to bend, squat, lift 40 pounds or more are required. The job requires knowledge of various scaffolding types, the ability to erect and dismantle scaffold under supervision, and familiarity with the sizes and tools used. Related experience may include construction laborer, carpenter foreman, concrete carpenter, structural steel erector, or similar roles. The base pay range is $17.75–$20.50, varying by location, education, and experience.
