What You Bring
This on‑site position is based in Wichita, KS, and does not offer visa sponsorship; applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field. • PMP or equivalent project management certification. • Minimum 7 years of project management experience, preferably in commercial real estate. • Proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion. • Strong leadership and communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration. • Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple projects. • Strong problem‑solving skills and sound decision‑making in fast‑paced environments. • Master’s degree in a related field (preferred). • Experience leading projects across office, retail, industrial, and healthcare sectors (preferred). • Demonstrated change‑management and innovation‑driving experience (preferred). • Knowledge of construction processes and building codes (preferred). • Proficiency with project management software and tools (preferred).
