Key responsibilities include welcoming visitors, managing the visitor‑management system, handling calls and messages, processing mail and deliveries, coordinating conference facilities, maintaining a tidy reception area, supporting client contracts and internal communications, troubleshooting basic IT for meeting rooms, and raising purchase orders. • Greet visitors and staff professionally, manage visitor system and badge issuance • Answer and route incoming calls, taking messages as needed • Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries • Coordinate meeting room bookings and set up conference facilities • Perform basic administrative tasks and keep the reception area tidy • Monitor building access and security systems during reception hours • Provide client contract support and assist internal communications • Troubleshoot basic IT issues for meeting rooms and reception equipment • Raise purchase orders as required

What You Bring
We are seeking a Facilities Administrator/Receptionist on a part‑time basis in Wokingham, with shift options of 8 am–1 pm or 1 pm–6 pm. The role involves reception duties, visitor management, mail handling, meeting‑room coordination, basic administrative support, and monitoring building access. Flexibility to cover full‑time reception when required is expected. Qualifications include at least two years of reception experience, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a customer‑service orientation, proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong problem‑solving abilities, and familiarity with visitor‑management systems (advantageous). Relevant health‑and‑safety or technical certifications are a plus. • Minimum 2 years of reception experience • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑service focus • Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer literate • Good problem‑solving abilities and practical approach • Experience with visitor management systems (preferred) • Relevant health and safety or technical certifications (preferred)
