What You Bring
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, with trade school training preferred, and at least five years of experience servicing diesel, heavy, or specialty equipment. Advanced knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems, strong troubleshooting abilities, and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment are essential. Technicians are expected to provide their own tools and meet physical demands such as lifting 50 lb+, bending, squatting, and working both indoors and outdoors. • Require high school diploma/GED; 5+ years experience with diesel/heavy or specialty equipment preferred. • Possess advanced hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting skills and adapt to fast‑paced priorities. • Provide own tools; able to lift 50 lb+, bend, squat, crouch, and work indoors/outdoors.
