About the Role
The role includes supervising staff by monitoring performance, providing guidance, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Operational duties involve detailed cleaning such as mopping, dusting, trash removal, and disinfecting restrooms and high‑touch surfaces. The employee will also train new hires, demonstrate equipment use, and conduct walkthroughs to meet cleanliness standards. Additional responsibilities cover inventory monitoring, reporting equipment repairs, and proper storage of cleaning chemicals.
