About the Role

The Leasing Consultant is responsible for all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations, ensuring property traffic, lease administration, and resident satisfaction are maintained at high standards. • Show, lease, and move in prospective residents, including greeting, qualifying, touring, and signing leases. • Generate new leads, schedule appointments, and conduct property tours to increase traffic. • Complete all leasing paperwork prior to move‑in and assist with lease audits and turn processes. • Maintain accurate prospect traffic data and respond to leads within 24 hours. • Use established sales and marketing strategies to meet or exceed leasing goals. • Handle resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure satisfaction. • Develop and implement resident retention programs such as events, promotions, and newsletters. • Assist in office, common area, and model unit upkeep and cleaning. • Support the annual marketing plan and conduct ongoing market surveys and analyses. • Maintain thorough knowledge of the property, competition, and market conditions; produce weekly market reports. • Provide excellent customer service and monitor service request turnaround times. • Enforce community policies as delegated by the immediate supervisor.

What You Bring

• Education/experience: High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA requirements. • Physical requirements: Ability to lift/move objects up to 25 lb, climb ladders or stairs, stand or sit for extended periods, and work overtime, weekends, or in varied environmental conditions.
