What You Bring

Candidates must possess deep market insight into customer and market segments such as PB, OEM, and contractors, and demonstrate strong technical expertise in MV/LV power distribution networks, connected products, and energy‑management software. Technical knowledge should cover power distribution offers (including VCB, ACB, MCCBs, switching devices, transfer switches, and FD), power management components (energy meters, PFC, AHF), LV panels, and discrete/process automation, complemented by functional skills like influencing, presentation, and collaboration. The position requires a B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics engineering and 4‑8 years of relevant experience, along with functional and behavioral competencies focused on digital passion, customer orientation, cooperation, and adaptability. • Possess in-depth market knowledge of customer and market segments (PB, OEM, contractors) • Understand MV/LV power distribution networks, design philosophy, and connected product/energy-management software • Expertise in power distribution offers (VCB, ACB, MCCBs, switching, transfer switches, FD) and digital applications • Knowledge of power management offers (energy meters, PFC components, AHF) and LV panel applications • Familiarity with discrete/process automation solutions • Demonstrate functional skills: passion for digital technology, influencing, presentation, communication, relationship building, collaboration • Exhibit behavioral traits: customer focus, cooperation, high adaptability • Hold a B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics engineering • Have 4–8 years of relevant experience
