About the Role

The Action Lines Sales Representative serves as the primary liaison between prospective owners and Hilton Grand Vacations, representing the brand and driving sales through personalized guest interactions. Team members participate in weekly sales training, uphold standards for ethical conduct and sales performance, and are expected to fulfill reasonable management requests. Work hours are five days per week, eight hours per day, including weekends and holidays. • Greet guests and assess travel interests to recommend suitable options. • Present Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products to generate sales and leads. • Maintain effective client communication through email, phone, and written correspondence. • Apply HGV selling concepts and generate referral leads from new customers. • Promote a partnership‑focused environment adhering to core values and policies. • Attend weekly sales training and uphold standards for sales volume, ethics, and floor behavior. • Fulfill reasonable management requests within capability. • Meet all compensation plan goals.
