Senior Engineering Manager - MEP (Remote Area)
Lead MEP engineering for luxury hospitality project, managing design, delivery, commissioning.

About the Role
• Ensure MEP engineering tasks meet Mace standards. • Deliver MEP services and support programme, health‑safety‑wellbeing, quality, and commissioning. • Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and contractors. • Provide technical input for tendering and procurement strategies. • Review contracts, scopes and schedules and support commercial teams. • Deploy technical plans aligned with prefabrication and safety priorities. • Review consultant and trade information for compliance and sustainability. • Prepare delivery strategies and programmes for all project phases. • Implement commissioning standards and monitor productivity. • Support project close‑out, risk mitigation, continuous improvement and net‑zero carbon goals. • Prioritize safety and ensure everyone goes home safe and well. • Focus on delivering quality outcomes and building long‑term client relationships. • Act with integrity and uphold compliance obligations. • Create opportunities for people to excel through continuous improvement.

What You Bring

Our values shape the way we consult and define the people we want to join us on our journey. • Hold required Saudi Arabian visa and relevant experience on high‑value projects for a project‑management consultancy. • Expertise in mechanical, electrical, public health, fire‑life safety and systems integration (BMS, SCADA, PMS, etc.). • Strong knowledge of design, construction systems, risk management and mitigation. • Proven experience with prefabrication/DfMA build strategies. • Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent.
