About the Role
In this role, you will supervise a field technician team, oversee daily operations, and ensure safety, profitability, and customer satisfaction while aligning with business objectives and strategic initiatives. • Supervise and lead field technician teams. • Develop and execute business and operational plans. • Coordinate with sales to support opportunities and installations. • Drive account growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. • Recruit, hire, train, and retain operational staff. • Conduct performance reviews and coaching for direct reports. • Audit operations, recommend improvements, and ensure compliance.

What You Bring
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or equivalent. • Minimum 5 years HVAC operational experience. • At least 3 years in a management role overseeing productivity. • Preferred Master's degree and Six Sigma Green Belt certification. • Eight or more years in operational HVAC leadership.
