About the Role

As a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician you will support the Operations Maintenance Team by repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems, as well as installing, maintaining and repairing automated packaging and distribution equipment throughout the building. The role emphasizes safety, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical components such as belts, motors, relays and sensors, and accurate work‑order documentation and inventory tracking using a CMMS. You will also mentor junior technicians, foster positive relationships across the facility, and be expected to work flexible schedules and shifts. • Promote a safe work environment and follow all safety procedures. • Perform preventative maintenance and document work orders in the CMMS. • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on material handling equipment, including belts, motors, relays, and photo‑eyes. • Create, assign, and close work orders, tracking labor hours, parts, and inventory. • Mentor junior technicians and maintain positive relationships across the operations facility.

What You Bring

Candidates must have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least two years’ experience with MHE repair and predictive maintenance, plus experience reading schematics and using Microsoft Office; an associate’s degree, robotics experience, and knowledge of OEM safety standards are preferred. The position requires the physical ability to lift up to 50 lb, climb ladders or aerial lifts, work in a warehouse environment with temperature fluctuations, and wear required personal protective equipment. • Hold a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 2+ years experience repairing MHE or automated conveyor systems. • Demonstrated ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics and conduct predictive maintenance. • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and CMMS software. • Preferred: Associate’s degree in mechanical/electrical field and experience with robotics and OEM safety standards. • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb, climb ladders, use aerial lifts, and work in varying temperatures while wearing required PPE.
