About the Role

The role leads internal and executive communications for the Americas region, reporting to the Director of Corporate Communications. It involves creating integrated strategies, storytelling, and content that amplify the voice of the Americas President and support both internal employee engagement and external stakeholder outreach. • Design and launch employee communications programs that boost awareness and engagement across diverse markets. • Develop and maintain the Americas President’s executive platform, core narratives, and LinkedIn presence. • Create compelling storytelling content for internal channels, external thought leadership, and speaking engagements. • Plan and execute regional town halls, Q&A sessions, and other employee events, handling logistics and speaker coordination. • Collaborate with PR, analyst, investor relations, HR, Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to align and amplify communications. • Measure and report on internal communication effectiveness, recommending improvements. • Support crisis and M&A communications for the region. • Provide counsel to regional executives on high‑profile communication initiatives.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of communications experience, preferably in Fortune 500 B2B technology firms. • Proven expertise in strategic storytelling, writing/editing, project management, and executive coaching. • Experience creating content for web, video, social, and print, with strong digital acumen. • Ability to gather metrics, analyze performance, and optimize communication strategies. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred. • Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Smartsheets, and adaptability to new tools. • Innovative thinker with global and regional insight, promoting diversity, inclusion, and belonging. • Collaborative leader capable of building cross‑functional relationships and driving change. • Passion for developing processes, structures, and efficient execution of high‑growth initiatives. • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; detail‑oriented and able to multitask under deadlines.
