About the Role

The role operates on‑site in a cement plant environment, exposing the incumbent to dust, moving mechanical equipment, varying temperatures, and elevated noise levels. Employees work physically present in the plant, ensuring safe and efficient production. • Assist Plant Manager with daily cement plant operations. • Monitor production processes to maximize efficiency and product quality. • Support maintenance planning and execution to reduce downtime. • Lead and develop plant personnel, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement. • Assist with planning and execution of capital and strategic plant projects. • Serve as Plant Manager during absences, making critical operational decisions.

What You Bring

• Minimum 10 years experience in cement, aggregates, or heavy industrial manufacturing. • Strong knowledge of plant operations, maintenance, and safety regulations. • Proven leadership and team‑management abilities. • Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills. • Proficient in MS Office and plant management systems. • Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement (preferred). • Knowledge of environmental compliance and sustainability practices. • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems. • Pre‑employment checks: references, medical screening, criminal record, driver’s abstract.
