About the Role

The Retail Sales Associate role serves as the public face of Sunrun in partner retail stores, building relationships, generating excitement for products, and educating customers about renewable energy and storage solutions. The associate schedules appointments and expands the Sunrun customer base while striving to exceed personal and team sales goals. • Represent Sunrun in designated partner retail stores, engaging customers and promoting renewable energy and storage solutions. • Build relationships, generate excitement, educate customers, and schedule appointments to grow the Sunrun customer base. • Achieve personal and team sales goals in a high‑growth, high‑impact environment.

Candidates must be available for a retail schedule that includes weekends, evenings, and some holidays, have reliable transportation for a 15‑30‑mile territory, and possess at least two years of relevant experience and comfort using iPads and multiple software applications. • Demonstrate strong communication, technology proficiency (iPad/computer, multiple software apps), resilience, self‑motivation, and passion for the mission. • Work a retail schedule including weekends, evenings, and some holidays; reliable transportation for a 15‑30 mile territory. • Minimum two years of relevant experience and comfort using technology.
