About the Role
We have a great opportunity for a people‑focused Electrical & Process Team Lead. This role allows you to lead and work with some of the most talented engineering professionals in the country and collaborate with knowledgeable colleagues across regions. • Contribute to growth of Stantec’s Water business as a senior team member and embody company direction, culture and values. • Provide technical and/or project management leadership on projects within your expertise. • Lead, support and motivate the Christchurch team to achieve delivery success. • Promote an open, challenging and stimulating work environment that attracts and retains high‑calibre staff. • Identify market trends, pursue opportunities and win revenue‑generating work from the wider Christchurch client base.

What You Bring
The successful candidate will be tertiary qualified, preferably chartered or working towards chartership, with 5+ years of experience.
