About the Role

The division is seeking an administrative and financial professional to manage correspondence, records, inventory, office equipment, and building maintenance. Responsibilities also include processing invoices, bank deposits, purchase orders, claims, bulk water billing, and supporting the monthly financial close using SAP. Additional duties involve monitoring accounts receivable, conducting system audits, handling payroll, and serving as the local contact for workers’ compensation and HR issues. • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes. • Manage files, records, inventory tracking, and assist with annual physical counts. • Oversee office equipment, cleaning services, security system, and building maintenance. • Process invoices, bank deposits, purchase orders, credit card statements, claims, bulk water billing, and support monthly financial close. • Use SAP for transaction processing, reporting, and financial management tasks. • Monitor accounts receivable, reconcile unpaid invoices, and follow up on discrepancies. • Conduct system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance. • Enter and edit payroll for division employees and serve as local point of contact for workers' compensation and HR issues. • Coordinate division activities, employee meetings, community events, and public‑relations initiatives. • Handle new customer applications, loan processing, account creation, and schedule appointments; maintain Cross Connection Control Program records; provide backup support to field supervisors and state customer service representatives.

What You Bring

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of relevant experience, and a notary license. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn company software such as SAP, CIS‑Banner, ServiceLink, Lawson, and Powerplant is required.
