About the Role
• Forecast rental fleet demand and manage roll‑in/roll‑out of equipment. • Optimize fleet utilization and lead process‑improvement projects, including paperless initiatives. • Oversee fleet service activities such as repairs, return‑to‑ready, and handling units unavailable for rent. • Manage reservation and contract governance to ensure timely equipment delivery. • Participate in a 401(k) plan with company match, disability and life insurance, and tuition reimbursement after one year.
