About the Role

The Sr. Project Manager will independently lead large, complex EPC projects valued up to $500 million, overseeing the full project lifecycle with general autonomy and accountability for financial performance and client satisfaction. Key duties include guaranteeing safe project execution, meeting cost, schedule, and contractual targets, acting as the primary client liaison, and directing all project personnel through direct supervision, subcontractors, or joint‑venture arrangements. During the proposal phase the manager collaborates with sales to interpret requirements, may serve as proposal manager, defines scope, negotiates changes, and creates a detailed execution plan that is continuously updated and communicated to stakeholders. • Ensure safe project execution while meeting cost, schedule, and contractual requirements. • Serve as the primary point of contact between client and KBR, maintaining client satisfaction. • Direct and coordinate all project personnel, including subcontractors and joint‑venture partners. • Collaborate with sales during proposal phase, define scope, and negotiate contract changes. • Develop and continually update detailed project execution plans and status reports. • Lead the project management team to successful completion and financial performance.

What You Bring

The role requires at least 12 years of relevant experience, typically 15 years with senior‑level project management, a strong background in power‑plant and data‑center engineering, an undergraduate engineering degree, and preferably a Professional Engineer license. Preferred expertise includes guaranteed‑maximum‑price, lump‑sum, and EPC contracts, familiarity with international power‑plant standards (ISO, ASME, API, IEC, IEEE, OSHA), and knowledge of FIDIC contracts, as well as experience in decarbonization, energy transition, and sustainability initiatives. • Minimum 12 years of experience, usually 15 years with senior project management exposure. • Proven experience delivering large‑scale data‑center and power‑plant projects. • Hold an engineering bachelor’s degree; Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred. • Experience with GMP, lump‑sum, and EPC contracts and familiarity with ISO, ASME, API, IEC, IEEE, OSHA standards. • Knowledge of FIDIC contract administration and decarbonization/energy‑transition initiatives.
