About the Role
Property Managers work independently across multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors. They assess customer storage needs, recommend solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. Daily duties include inspecting storage units, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and conducting payment reminder or collection calls. • Assess and recommend storage solutions, including selling packing supplies • Conduct daily unit inspections to ensure readiness for rent • Audit cash drawers and perform bank deposits • Make payment reminder and collection calls • Lift/move items up to 35 lb and navigate facilities, including stairs and large doors • Perform routine cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and exterior upkeep

What You Bring
The role requires the ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb and to navigate facilities, spending up to half the time outdoors, climbing stairs and opening large doors. Managers also perform routine cleaning and maintenance, such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and keeping exterior grounds free of debris. Candidates should have experience in customer‑service‑focused sales environments such as retail, restaurants, or fast‑food operations.
