What You Bring

Parsons is seeking a Junior Financial Analyst based in Dubai to support the financial planning and analysis function for its EMEA business. The role involves preparing month‑end financial reports, analyzing variances, and working with cross‑functional teams to gather accurate data. You will assist the FP&A team in delivering monthly presentations, maintaining reporting systems, and contributing to budgeting and forecasting cycles, while also performing ad‑hoc analyses that drive strategic initiatives. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, business, computer science or a related field. • Possess internship experience in finance, accounting, or data analysis; fresh graduates are welcome. • Demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
