About the Role
You will lead interior design assignments from concept through construction, handling space planning, schematic design, design development, documentation, and administration. Collaboration with consultants, contractors, fabricators, and specialist partners is essential to meet design, programme, and budget goals, while producing 3D models and visualisations using tools such as Revit, SketchUp, and Enscape. • Lead interior design projects for F&B, hospitality, and lounge spaces from concept to delivery. • Provide strategic design leadership and oversee production, documentation, and construction administration. • Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and specialist partners to achieve design, programme, and budget objectives. • Create 3D models and visualisations using Revit, SketchUp, Enscape, or similar tools. • Generate and review interior architectural drawings, ensuring technical resolution and buildability. • Manage client relationships, support presentations, and incorporate feedback effectively. • Mentor and guide design teams across multiple high‑level projects. • Contribute to business development and growth of the studio's F&B and hospitality portfolio.

The role demands exceptional conceptual design skills, a strong hospitality background, and a portfolio of innovative design concepts. The position requires 8‑10+ years of experience delivering F&B, hospitality, or lounge projects, with proven ability to manage complex projects end‑to‑end.
