About the Role

Plumbers work under a Journeyman or Lead Plumber to install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems on commercial and industrial construction projects. They handle a variety of pipe materials, set and connect fixtures, assist in rough‑in and trim phases, read basic plans, and safely operate hand and power tools. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area, they follow strict PPE and safety procedures and document work with photos and checklists. • Install, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial plumbing systems under supervision. • Measure, cut, thread, glue, solder, and braze PVC/CPVC, copper, PEX, and cast‑iron piping. • Set and connect fixtures such as lavatories, water closets, carriers, floor drains, and water heaters. • Assist with rough‑in and trim phases, including pipe hanging, support, and pressure testing. • Read and interpret basic plans, elevations, and isometric drawings; perform simple material takeoffs. • Safely operate hand and power tools, including threaders, press tools, band saws, and drills. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following company safety policies. • Follow PPE requirements, lockout/tagout, ladder/scaffold protocols, and confined‑space guidelines. • Document work using photos and checklists; support site logistics and material staging.

What You Bring

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, and be able to lift 50–75 lb while working on ladders, at heights, in confined spaces, and in outdoor conditions. A strong willingness to learn, follow direction, work safely as part of a team, and pass a background check and drug screening is also required. • Hold a high school diploma or GED. • Possess a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation meeting company insurability guidelines. • Ability to lift 50–75 lb and work on ladders, at heights, in confined spaces, and in various weather conditions. • Demonstrate strong willingness to learn, follow direction, and work safely as part of a team. • Pass a standard background check and drug screening.
