Leasing Consultant

About the Role

In this role you will implement the leasing and marketing program to promote a positive image of the apartment community and support management with resident programs and retention. Daily duties include touring prospective residents, processing lease applications, preparing lease agreements, and coordinating resident events. You will also manage rent collections, conduct campaign research, and generate retention reports. Maintaining an acceptable closing ratio in line with property expectations is a key performance metric. • Implement leasing and marketing programs to enhance community image. • Tour prospective residents and process lease applications. • Prepare and finalize lease agreements. • Plan and host resident events and community functions. • Collect and secure rental payments. • Conduct campaign research, reporting, and retention analysis. • Maintain closing ratios meeting property expectations. • Provide exceptional customer service and sales support.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, has a can‑do attitude, and enjoys thinking outside the box. Required qualifications include customer service or sales experience, a valid driver’s license, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Tax credit experience is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates who ‘dot their I’s and cross their T’s’ and are eager to contribute to resident satisfaction will thrive in this role. • Hold a valid driver’s license and strong communication skills. • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent; tax credit experience preferred.
