About the Role
Property managers work independently across multiple locations, assessing customers’ storage needs, recommending packing and moving supplies, conducting daily unit inspections, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and handling payment reminders and collection calls. • Assess customer storage needs and recommend packing/moving supplies • Conduct daily unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability • Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits • Perform payment reminder and collection calls • Maintain facility cleanliness and curb appeal (sweeping, mopping, outdoor debris removal) • Lift/move items up to 35 lb • Walk in/around facilities, spend up to 50 % of time outdoors, climb stairs, open large doors

What You Bring
The role requires the ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb, spending up to 50 % of time walking in indoor and outdoor facility areas, climbing stairs, opening large doors, and performing cleaning and maintenance of interiors and grounds.
