BIM Technician - STP (Site)
Draft stormwater, sewerage & microtunneling plans using MicroStation, AutoCAD & Civil 3D.

About the Role
• Produce and revise technical drawings, layouts, and as‑built documents using MicroStation, AutoCAD and Civil 3D. • Translate engineer design inputs into coordinated construction drawings. • Ensure drawings comply with RTA, DM, DEWA and AECOM quality standards. • Track and verify existing stormwater, sewerage and irrigation networks using as‑built records. • Conduct site surveys and collaborate with inspectors to capture accurate as‑built data. • Prepare redline mark‑ups, section details, pipeline profiles and micro‑tunneling shaft layouts. • Maintain organized digital archives of all project drawings and revisions. • Review contractors’ as‑built and shop drawings for site‑condition compliance. • Provide drafting support during construction to reflect approved changes. • Produce utility coordination drawings and verify service conflicts.

What You Bring
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Draftsman to join our Dubai office and work on-site supporting stormwater, sewerage and micro‑tunneling projects. The role requires strong expertise in MicroStation, AutoCAD and Civil 3D, as well as 7+ years of UAE experience with RTA and DM‑approved projects, to produce detailed construction and as‑built drawings in line with local authority standards. • Hold a Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Drafting or CAD Design. • Possess 7+ years of infrastructure drafting experience, especially in storm‑water, sewerage and micro‑tunneling. • Proficient with the latest versions of MicroStation, AutoCAD and Civil 3D. • Knowledge of UAE authority standards (RTA, DM, DEWA) required. • Familiarity with survey data integration, GIS and utility coordination is an advantage.
