About the Role

In this position you will help define the BI strategy, enforce data‑governance standards, and ensure the accuracy of input data through validation and root‑cause analysis. You will partner with internal and client stakeholders to design solutions, automate quarterly and monthly reporting, and manage end‑to‑end programs that drive performance improvements. • Contribute to BI strategy development and integrate data‑governance standards. • Validate, clean, and manage outlier data while collaborating with Operations to resolve root‑cause issues. • Work with client and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver data‑driven insights. • Partner with clients to identify analytical needs and recommend aligned data solutions. • Streamline KPI and SLA reporting with IFM and FM/ENG Directors for consistent performance monitoring. • Develop and automate quarterly and monthly reports, business reviews, health & safety dashboards, and operational metrics. • Design and enhance programs to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business goals. • Lead end‑to‑end program management for multiple initiatives, including roadmap creation, cross‑functional coordination, governance, performance tracking, and executive communication.

What You Bring

The Performance Manager role, based primarily in Malvern, PA with flexibility for Charlotte, NC or Scottsdale, AZ, sits at the core of high‑stakes decision making. You will translate data into strategic insights, build advanced BI dashboards, and influence business outcomes across multiple client portfolios. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree and brings at least eight years of experience in commercial real estate, integrated facilities management, or project management. Strong client relationship, analytical, organizational, and communication skills are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe and Microsoft Project. • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. • 8+ years of commercial (corporate) real estate, IFM, or project management experience. • Proven client relationship management skills. • Strong analytical abilities, including root‑cause analysis and solution development. • Excellent organizational, time‑management, verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Microsoft Project.

The role offers a Monday‑to‑Friday schedule, a salary range of $110,000‑$125,000 plus a 10 % target bonus, and is remote‑eligible for the listed locations.
