About the Role

The role involves installing, aligning, and anchoring body‑shop equipment such as weld cells, robotic stations, fixtures, and conveyor systems. Candidates must read and interpret blueprints and OEM specifications, perform precision alignment with laser trackers and other tools, assemble structural steel platforms, and install pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical components while coordinating with electrical and controls teams. All work is performed under strict lockout/tag‑out procedures and safety standards. • Install, align, and anchor body shop equipment including weld cells, robotic stations, fixtures, and conveyor systems • Read and interpret blueprints, layout drawings, and OEM installation specifications for accurate equipment placement • Perform precision alignment using laser trackers, optical levels, dial indicators, and other measuring tools • Assemble structural steel platforms, guarding, and mechanical support systems • Install pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical components in coordination with electrical and controls teams • Follow lockout/tag-out procedures and strict safety standards throughout installation • Provide own tools for the trade • Wear standard personal protective equipment (PPE) • Participate in a 401(k) profit‑sharing savings plan

The position is a first‑shift role with a base pay of $28 per hour, plus a $125 per diem for each of the seven days for travelers situated more than 60 miles from the job site.
