What You Bring
Applicants should possess the necessary education, licensing, and familiarity with construction or industrial tools, while preferred candidates bring prior equipment‑rental experience and strong communication skills. The role also requires physical tasks such as bending, squatting, and lifting 50 lb or more, with occasional indoor/outdoor work. • Use inside sales or customer service skills for steady hours and potential overtime. • High School diploma or GED (required). • Valid driver’s license (required). • Familiarity with construction/industrial tools and equipment. • Prior equipment rental industry experience. • Strong customer service and telephone communication skills. • Proficient computer and administrative abilities. • Completion of DOT Qualification process preferred. • Bilingual (Spanish or other) preferred in some locations.
