About the Role

• Develop and maintain a robust delivery schedule with clear milestones, coordinating work sequences with the total project plan. • Perform schedule monitoring, identify critical activities, and assist in updating and monitoring the schedule. • Develop and apply installation rates, review and analyze contractor schedules, and provide recommendations to the project team. • Evaluate quantities, job hours, and schedule logic; prepare progress and performance reports. • Manage contract programme assessment, compensation events, and perform delay analysis.

What You Bring

Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and be prepared for 2‑3 days on‑site work each week. The application process involves submitting a CV for consideration. • If you demonstrate the capability, our merit‑based system will enable you to develop fast. • Degree/Post‑Grad level education in construction or business‑related field. • Experience as a planner on projects over £5m, with proficiency in Primavera (P6) and MS Excel. • Experience in planning infrastructure projects, performing quantity takeoffs, and statistical analysis. • Understanding of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction processes, and NEC contracts. • Strong communication skills, personal resilience, and ability to operate within ambiguity. • Full right to work in the UK • 2-3 Days on Site
