About the Role
The role involves installing lighting products safely, delivering professional customer service, and leveraging extensive knowledge of lighting retrofit strategies. • Adhere to FSG safety policies. • Install lighting fixtures, lamps, ballasts, controls, and related components. • Work safely to avoid damaging or disturbing customer facilities. • Perform installations, maintenance, or repairs from ladders, scaffolds, or roofs, handling electrical wiring and equipment. • Follow government, local regulations, and all required safety guidelines.

What You Bring
• Hold a High School Diploma or GED. • Possess 2–4 years of lighting and electrical experience; retrofit experience preferred. • Maintain a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel. • Demonstrate reliability, strong verbal and written communication, and positive customer service skills.

Benefits
This is a traveling Lighting Technician position based out of Cincinnati or surrounding areas, with a schedule of 10 days on‑site (including 2 paid travel days and 8 working days) followed by 4 days off. The base wage is $20–$30 per hour, with occasional prevailing‑wage work up to $55 per hour, per‑diem, and hotel accommodations paid by FSG. A hiring bonus is offered for candidates who bring a complete crew. Pay range is $20.00–$30.00 per hour.
