About the Role

The Warehouse Worker I is responsible for receiving incoming shipments, verifying quantities, and inspecting goods for damage or discrepancies. They maintain organized inventory records, transport, store, and categorize items, and fulfill orders by accurately picking, packing, and preparing shipments with proper labeling and documentation. Additional duties include loading and unloading trucks, conducting regular inventory counts, inspecting product quality, operating forklifts and other equipment safely, and maintaining a clean, hazard‑free work area while using required PPE. • Receive, verify, and inspect incoming shipments • Maintain organized inventory records and track stock levels • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with proper labeling • Load and unload trucks, ensuring safe stacking of materials • Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies • Inspect products for quality and report defects • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely • Perform routine equipment checks and document malfunctions • Maintain a clean, hazard‑free work area and use required PPE • Communicate issues promptly and collaborate with team members • Follow company safety, security, and conduct policies

What You Bring

Preferred candidates have prior warehouse or logistics experience, and may need forklift, man‑lift, or tractor certification. The role requires basic computer skills for inventory tracking and data entry, as well as strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational abilities. The position demands physical stamina, including the ability to lift up to 50 lb and stand, walk, and bend for extended periods. Workers may be exposed to varying weather conditions, loud noises, dust, chemical fumes, sharp metal objects, and heavy forklift traffic. • Preferred previous warehouse/logistics experience; certifications may be required • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and data entry • Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational abilities • Ability to lift up to 50 lb and stand/walk/bend for extended periods
