About the Role
This seasonal summer position is located at the company’s Sherman, TX facility and provides functional support to various departments as part of the Plant HR Team. The role involves assisting with recruitment, onboarding, retention, record keeping, auditing, event planning, team member recognition, community outreach, and other social programs. What You Bring
Candidates must be currently enrolled as a junior or senior in an accredited university pursuing a B.S. in Human Resources, Business Management, Business Administration, or Psychology, with a minimum 3.0 GPA. Applicants should reside within 50 miles of Sherman, TX, as relocation is not provided. Prior experience in a manufacturing environment or a related internship is preferred. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement. Required proficiencies include Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, along with strong project‑management and multitasking skills.
