About the Role
• Estimate, value engineer, and develop budgets for drywall, carpentry, acoustic ceiling, and demolition projects. • Facilitate subcontractor bid process, negotiate subcontracts and material buyouts, and track project documentation using software tools. • Plan, schedule, and coordinate projects, managing subcontractor performance, conflict resolution, quality, and safety on site. • Monitor and forecast construction costs, analyze productivity data, and maintain a historical production database to adjust bid rates. • Lead and mentor team members, communicate effectively, and foster collaborative relationships across project and field teams. • Pursue business development by engaging clients, delivering presentations, and assisting in securing new work under supervision.

What You Bring
• Hold a B.S. in Construction Engineering or equivalent drywall experience with at least five years of estimating and project‑management experience. • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication, relationship‑building skills, detail orientation, and the ability to work independently and travel within Indiana.
