Job Highlights
About the Role
• Show, lease, and move‑in prospective residents while qualifying leads and completing leasing paperwork. • Generate and follow up on new leads, schedule tours, maintain model units, and meet daily on‑site attendance requirements. • Track prospect traffic, respond to leads within 24 hours, and apply sales/marketing strategies to achieve leasing goals. • Handle resident complaints, requests, and retention programs such as events, promotions, and newsletters. • Assist with annual marketing plan execution, conduct weekly market surveys, and stay informed on property, competition, and market conditions. • Provide excellent customer service, monitor service‑request turnaround, and enforce community policies. • Perform physical tasks including climbing ladders, lifting or moving objects up to 25 lb, standing or sitting for prolonged periods, and work occasional overtime, weekends, or night hours.
