The role is split roughly 50 % software development and 50 % business analysis, with familiarity in software enhancements and bug fixes. Required qualifications are a high school diploma or GED and enrollment in or recent completion of a bachelor’s degree in a field relevant to the internship. Preferred qualifications are not specified. The position operates in a professional office environment using standard equipment. Interns must work onsite Monday through Thursday at WM’s downtown Houston headquarters, with a flexible work‑from‑home day on Friday, and must reside in Houston, TX or surrounding areas.
