The position also requires self‑management, initiative, and mentoring capabilities. • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. • Minimum five years of experience in electrical sales, marketing, or electrical engineering. • Valid driver’s license. • Ability to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future. • Willingness to travel 30‑60% of the time, primarily within the assigned territory. • Strong communication, presentation, and training skills. • Proven ability to lead teams, build consensus, and mentor colleagues. • Initiative, self‑management, and problem‑solving capabilities. • In‑depth knowledge of electrical utilities, products, and value‑selling techniques. • Technical expertise in power‑systems product applications and market channels.
