About the Role

The Sr. Manager of Site Project Management will support power uprate projects across multiple locations, with a base at Quad Cities, Dresden, or Clinton stations and up to 50% travel. This senior position oversees the corporate project management function, integrates fleet operations, and ensures alignment with site and corporate goals. Direct supervision of assigned project managers is a key responsibility. The role is accountable for the safe, on‑schedule, high‑quality, and cost‑effective execution of large capital and strategic projects, including dose‑minimization. The manager owns the 10‑year and corporate strategic plans, secures executive approvals from committees such as PRC, NSAC, and GOC, and certifies accurate estimates with rigorous change‑control management. Additional duties involve developing project‑manager talent, engaging with regulatory agencies, supporting team improvement initiatives, and participating in emergency response coverage. • Oversee execution of large capital and strategic projects, ensuring safety, schedule, quality, cost, and dose minimization. • Lead the 10‑year and corporate strategic plans throughout all project lifecycle phases. • Obtain executive approvals (PRC, NSAC, GOC) for operations, maintenance, and capital investments. • Certify accurate project estimates and manage change control from design through execution. • Develop, retain, and evaluate project managers; recommend training and HR actions as needed. • Coordinate with regulatory agencies (DOE, INPO, NEI, NRC) to gain approvals and address inquiries. • Support peer‑team improvement initiatives and fulfill emergency response duties.

What You Bring

Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree with 10 years of related experience (or equivalent education/experience), PMP certification within 18 months, project budgeting and supervisory experience, and required site access or medical clearances. Preferred qualifications are an MBA, Senior Reactor Operator certification, an engineering or technical degree, and onsite nuclear experience. • Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s (or equivalent) with 10‑14 years experience, PMP within 18 months, budgeting and supervisory experience, access/medical requirements. • Preferred qualifications: MBA, Senior Reactor Operator certification, engineering/technical degree, onsite nuclear experience.
