About the Role
The Operations Specialist for Collections at WM provides advanced clerical and administrative assistance to departmental managers, helping coordinate daily operations. • Troubleshoot safety, service, and operational issues. • Maintain and distribute daily department information. • Serve as KRONOS proxy for driver and helper schedule updates. • Use Microsoft Suite and other tools for procurement, time‑and‑attendance, safety incidents, and contract labor management. • Assist with payment processing and other financial tasks. • Support operational project implementation. • Communicate service issues to customers and scheduling information to employees. • Ensure compliance with equal employment opportunity and nondiscrimination policies.
