About the Role

The Turbine Floor Outage Execution Lead directs, assigns, and coordinates turbine floor activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient outages aligned with Constellation and Clean Energy Center (CEC) goals, enforcing procedure use, Human Performance fundamentals, and providing coaching for continuous improvement. Key duties include directing turbine floor personnel, coordinating work control and scheduling, communicating CEC and personnel issues to Outage Services & Alliances and CEC management, overseeing multidisciplinary project activities such as turbine generator disassembly/reassembly and equipment mobilization, and managing OS&A processes like training, surveillance, procedures, and corrective actions. • Direct and assign turbine floor personnel to safely execute maintenance tasks. • Coordinate work control, scheduling, and engineering meetings for outage activities. • Communicate and resolve CEC and personnel issues with Outage Services & Alliances and management. • Oversee multidisciplinary project activities, including turbine generator disassembly/reassembly and equipment mobilization. • Manage OS&A processes such as training, surveillance, procedure revisions, and corrective actions.

What You Bring

Minimum qualifications require a bachelor’s degree with five years of relevant experience, or equivalent combinations of education and experience, along with required access and medical clearances. Preferred qualifications include OEM training related to reactor, turbine, or steam‑generator projects. • Minimum requirement: bachelor’s degree + 5 years experience (or equivalent education/experience combos) and required access/medical clearances. • Preferred: OEM training in reactor, turbine, or steam‑generator disciplines.
