About the Role
A Rental Yard Associate removes dirt, concrete, and debris from rental equipment using hand tools and cleaning equipment, inspects equipment for damage, reports issues, oils and lubricates tools and tilt‑up braces, prepares and stages rental orders for delivery, follows safety policies, and performs other assigned duties. • Remove dirt, concrete, and debris from rental equipment using hand tools. • Inspect rental equipment for damage and report findings per procedure. • Oil and lubricate tools, equipment, and tilt‑up braces according to specifications. • Prepare and stage rental orders for delivery. • Follow company safety policies and procedures.

What You Bring
The role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand for more than 60 minutes, and generally 0‑2 years of experience. Preferred qualifications include forklift experience, knowledge of construction and industrial products, and Spanish language proficiency. • Lift and carry up to 50 lb and stand for extended periods. • 0‑2 years of relevant experience required. • Forklift operation experience preferred. • Knowledge of construction and industrial products advantageous. • Spanish language proficiency considered a plus.
