About the Role

In this role you will learn and grow as part of a customer‑service oriented team that cares about Reliance and its customers. You will professionally service HVAC equipment and accessories in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes, and ensure the safe operation of all new installations while instructing customers on proper care and maintenance. You will also create positive relationships with customers, promote additional company products and services, and apply strong communication and problem‑solving skills to ensure satisfaction. • Service HVAC equipment and accessories according to manufacturer specs and local codes. • Ensure safe operation of new installations and instruct customers on proper maintenance. • Build positive customer relationships and promote additional company products and services. • Participate in ongoing training, skill development, and professional growth programs. • Work consistent, predictable schedules with rotating shifts and standby duties as needed.

What You Bring

We are looking for candidates with a growth mindset who are dependable, ambitious, and eager to grow with Reliance. Minimum requirements include a Grade 12 education, a Gas Technician II license, a Certificate of Qualification as an Air Conditioning Mechanic (Ontario 313d), a valid ODP card, and at least a Class G driver’s license. Candidates must be willing to work rotating shifts and standby duties, communicate clearly, and demonstrate strong interpersonal, problem‑solving, and customer‑service skills, as well as punctuality and dependability. • Hold a Gas Technician II license, C of Q (Ontario 313d), and a valid ODP card. • Maintain at least a Class G driver’s license and be willing to work flexible hours. • Demonstrate strong communication, problem‑solving, interpersonal, and customer‑service skills.
