About the Role
As a housekeeper, you will play a key role in delivering memorable vacation experiences by ensuring guest rooms and public areas are clean, well‑stocked, and inspected to the highest standards. You will interact regularly with dispatch, fellow team members, and guests, handling requests and concerns with professionalism and patience. • Perform essential housekeeping duties such as making beds, replenishing linens, and vacuuming • Communicate effectively with dispatch, team members, and guests • Inspect rooms to ensure they meet standards • Report any damage or disturbances to superiors • Address guest complaints and requests professionally • Maintain housekeeping equipment and tools • Track inventory of housekeeping supplies
