About the Role

The successful candidate will support Energy Performance Contracting solutions, working closely with Business Development, Delivery, and Measurement & Verification teams to design and validate technical measures that guarantee carbon, energy, and cost savings. Direct collaboration with customers will ensure requirements are understood and proposed measures are practical, while reporting to the Operations Manager ensures strong technical oversight and clear communication. • Maintain a close working relationship with the Operations Manager to continuously review and improve programme performance • Monitor and report any technical deviations impacting guaranteed savings • Take ownership of technical elements across large‑scale energy performance programmes • Conduct on‑site technical and quality audits to ensure installations meet design intent • Carry out technical surveys, producing clear proposals and reports tailored to client and stakeholder needs

The role is hybrid, requiring regular weekly travel across the UK to customer sites to support programme delivery and client engagement. • Demonstrated experience developing and managing technical solutions that achieve guaranteed energy, carbon, and financial savings • Strong understanding of key energy conservation measures including Solar PV, ASHPs, LED upgrades, and BMS optimisation • Knowledge of Measurement & Verification and IPMVP principles • Ability to produce high‑level appraisals and investment‑grade proposals • Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to present technical information to non‑technical audiences • Training aligned to JCI values
