About the Role

• Operate hydrovac equipment and perform duties in various environments, including confined spaces • Drive hydrovac trucks (≈10‑15% of work time) • Attend safety meetings • Conduct routine inspections and minor equipment repairs • Prepare work areas by implementing safety measures and mitigating hazards • Document and report all required Badger, federal, state, and customer paperwork accurately • Work variable shifts with extended hours • Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds and maintain stamina for manual labor in varying weather conditions • Provide customer-focused service and engage comfortably with clients

In this role, you'll use high-pressure water and vacuum systems to dig precisely and efficiently, uncover utilities, and contribute to various construction projects. If you're detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and ready to be part of essential infrastructure work, apply now to join our dedicated team. • Hold a valid Class A or B CDL • Possess CPR/First Aid, fall protection, and OSHA 10 certification (preferred) • Experience driving a manual transmission (10‑18 speed) without automatic restrictions (preferred) • Travel up to 25% as required • Have prior hydrovac equipment or related industrial experience (preferred) • Be at least 21 years old • Demonstrate enthusiasm for a safety-focused collaborative team • Be proficient with technology • Complete a physical exam and pre-employment screenings, including driver’s abstract and drug/alcohol test

Benefits
