About the Role
The HR Manager – Commercial, ME will provide comprehensive Human Resource solutions to customer groups across the region, based in Dubai and reporting directly to the Senior Director of HR for the Middle East and Africa. Acting as a strategic partner to commercial business units, the role ensures HR initiatives align with overall business objectives and oversees the development and implementation of HR strategies. Key responsibilities include delivering HR support to leaders and employees, advising on compensation and benefits, recruiting and retaining talent, workforce planning, producing HR reports, managing benefits programs, analyzing costs, and liaising with external consultants and vendors. The manager also partners with commercial leadership to translate business goals into HR actions, drives talent management and development, leads strategic HR projects, manages change initiatives, optimizes policies and processes, and promotes employee engagement, culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion. • Deliver HR support to leaders and employees to drive talent management, diversity, inclusion, and engagement. • Advise hiring managers on compensation, benefits, legislative changes, and HR trends. • Implement HR strategies to recruit and retain a qualified, motivated workforce. • Identify current and future talent needs and work with Talent Acquisition to meet manpower plans on time and within budget. • Produce HR reports for corporate, business unit, and functional managers. • Plan, communicate, and implement company benefits programs in partnership with Total Rewards. • Analyze costs and implement plan options, policy features, and enrollment requirements. • Liaise with consultants, vendors, service providers, and external legal/audit staff. • Partner with commercial leadership to translate business goals into HR strategies and workforce planning. • Drive recruitment, succession planning, career development, and retention for commercial roles. • Lead HR projects on organizational development, change management, and digital HR initiatives. • Design programs to strengthen culture, employee engagement, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.

What You Bring
The position requires a university degree in Human Resources or an equivalent field, at least 7 years of HR experience with a minimum of 3 years in a commercial or sales‑focused environment, and a proven track record in HR operations, partnering, and employee relations. Experience in a matrixed global organization, strong capabilities in driving Diversity and Inclusion programs, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
