About the Role

• Deliver capital projects across commercial real estate, healthcare, and data‑center sectors, aligning with client objectives. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets while tracking progress and identifying risks. • Coordinate internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of tasks and milestones. • Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, assess quality and safety compliance, and support issue resolution. • Prepare and manage project documentation, including meeting minutes, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and close‑out materials. • Create client‑facing reports and presentations summarizing project status, risks, and key decisions. • Support governance processes such as stage‑gate reviews, stakeholder updates, and adherence to internal procedures. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the implementation of best practices. • Collaborate with senior consultants and project managers to maintain consistent delivery standards and client satisfaction. • Maintain a proactive, collaborative mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.

What You Bring

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field (master’s degree a plus). • Bring at least five years of experience supporting capital projects in relevant sectors. • Demonstrate strong project‑control skills in budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and performance tracking using project‑management tools. • Possess experience working with design and construction teams throughout all phases of project delivery. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI for data‑driven decisions. • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, presentations, and documentation. • Familiarity with construction documentation, procurement processes, and standard contract forms (e.g., AIA, FIDIC). • Show strong organizational and time‑management abilities in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. • Professional certifications such as CAPM, OSHA 30, or LEED Green Associate are beneficial.
