About the Role
• Plan and design bridge structures to ensure structural reliability, resource efficiency, and cost‑effectiveness. • Perform conventional and moderately complex bridge engineering tasks with precision and efficiency. • Develop engineering calculations, material quantity take‑offs, cost estimates, surveys, and design documents. • Mentor and provide technical guidance to CAD Designers, Designers, and junior engineers on project teams. • Lead specific engineering disciplines on small to intermediate projects or contribute as a team member on larger initiatives. • Drive quality and continuous improvement through innovative problem‑solving and superior results. • Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. • Maintain a Professional Engineering (PE) license and relevant certifications as needed.

What You Bring
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (required) and a Master’s in Structural Engineering (preferred). • Possess at least 5 years of highway/roadway engineering design experience. • Demonstrate proficiency in CAD and bridge design/analysis software, strong analytical and organizational skills, and effective communication and teamwork.
