About the Role

A typical day involves proactive selling to create customer value, building and maintaining relationships with Home Depot personnel, contractors, and shoppers, training staff and the public on product use, maintaining stocked and attractive merchandising displays (lifting up to 75 lb when needed), monitoring inventory and ordering supplies, and traveling between assigned stores while logging mileage for reimbursement. • Proactively sell Behr products to create customer value. • Build and maintain relationships with Home Depot managers, associates, Behr reps, contractors, and residential customers. • Train Home Depot staff, Behr team members, and the public on product usage and application techniques. • Maintain fully stocked, organized, and visually appealing merchandising displays; lift up to 75 lb as needed. • Monitor inventory and order colorants, samples, brochures, and point‑of‑purchase materials. • Travel between assigned stores, log mileage for reimbursement, and provide license and insurance documentation.
