About the Role
As a Service Business Officer you will be accountable for delivering accurate financial forecasts for aftermarket contracts, providing analytical support to commercial and other functions, and leading process‑improvement initiatives. You will work closely with the Service Business Manager and collaborate with multiple functions to forecast profitability of Total Care, Flex, SelectCare and Fixed‑Price Over‑Haul offerings, as well as engine overhaul and spare‑parts sales. • Deliver accurate financial forecasts of aftermarket contracts (Contract Review Packs) by collating operational inputs and using department tools to produce an aeroengine Shop Visit Plan. • Provide broad analytical support to multiple functions, including commercial teams with business evaluations, scenario modelling, and customer contract reviews for sales opportunities and campaigns. • Lead processes and continuous improvement activities within the Service Business team. • Identify opportunities to improve the accuracy and efficiency of business forecasting processes. • Forecast profitability for Total Care, Flex, SelectCare, Fixed‑Price Over‑Haul and manage engine overhaul/spare‑parts sale forecasts. • Contribute to a safety‑first environment, upholding integrity, accountability, resilience, and curiosity. • Collaborate in a team‑focused setting, take initiative, lead decisions, and pursue continuous learning.

What You Bring
The role requires strong Microsoft Excel skills, project‑management, forecasting, analysis and communication abilities. Experience with total‑care contracts, confidence in reading financial statements and profit‑and‑loss reports, and a background in process improvement are desirable.
