About the Role
The position supports Constellation’s interface activities with Regional Transmission Organizations (RTOs) as the company expands nuclear power output to the grid. Responsibilities include managing grid interconnection requests, studies, interim deliverability requests, and necessary grid material modifications across RTOs such as PJM, MISO, and NYISO. • Develop, manage, and implement Grid Interconnection Agreements (GIAs) and interim deliverability agreements. • Serve as subject‑matter expert on RTO study results and grid reinforcement conclusions. • Advise leadership on short‑term and long‑term grid implications, risks, schedules, and costs for increasing power output. • Guide nuclear operations on grid interconnection processes, limitations, and procedures. • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of grid interconnection activities to support generation goals. • Conduct independent research, reviews, studies, and analyses for grid interconnections. • Provide expertise on generation and excitation modeling per IEEE standards. • Utilize grid interconnection software such as PSSE for analysis. • Perform additional assignments, including outage support and call‑outs as directed. • Maintain required access and medical qualifications for the role.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of engineering experience. • Demonstrated technical leadership, teamwork, and leadership attributes. • Professional Engineer (PE) registration (preferred). • Advanced technical degree or related coursework (preferred).
